Persons using the pool, pool spa, or pool area do so at their own risk.

Calender of Operation

Saturday of memorial day weekend in may through the Sunday after Labor day in September.

Pool Hours

Sunday through Thursday
8:00 am - 9:00 pm

Friday, Saturday & Holidays
8:00 am - 10:00 pm

Holiday Weekend Sundays
8:00 am - 10:00 pm

Children age 13 or under are not to use the spa, pool, or pool area without an adult in attendance.

For all our safety, no glass of any kind is allowed in the pool, spa or pool area.

Pool Access Cards & Boat Keys

A permanent pool access card is issued to all co-owners (limited to one per residence). Additional or replacement cards my be purchased for $25.00 by calling Cummings Property Management Inc. at 810 733-5690 ext. 16.

A Partial List of Pool Rules

  • If you are using a pool umbrella at any time of the day, please take it down when you leave. We are losing them to the wind!

  • No child in the diapers will be allowed in the swim pool or spa at anytime. No exceptions.
    .

  • Each unit is permitted a maximum of 4 guests per day larger guest may be permitted with prior approval of the Pool/Amenity Committee.
    .

  • The sponsoring resident must accompany the any guests when using the pool facilities.
    .

  • Smoking, eating or loitering is not permitted in the pool cabana or pool area.
