Sprinkler Operating Procedures

If you experience a problem with the sprinklers, Please contact the primary committees member for your area (see the map below). He or she will review the problem and, if need be, correct it or instruct Cummings management to issue a work order to our sprinkler maintenance provider. Please remember that we are all volunteers and it may take a day or two to get to your issue. If, however, you have an URGENT problem (gushing head, zone doesn't shut off, etc.) please contact Cummings immediately. Head adjustments and change requests are not considered urgent and will need to go through the committee. A link to Cummings management is located on the Service Page.
